Karla,
since going through menopause, my HAs increased from once a year spring/summer for 5 to 6 weeks, to every three/four months, with each cycle lasting two to three months.
I'm am deathly afraid of taking estrogen because of all the possible adverse affects including headaches , but do take a soy supplement which has estrogen-like qualities without the side affects.
