i started getting episodic ch last summer during a very difficult and stressful neuroanatomy class. but now that i know what they are i realize i had two before diagnosis, one in the fall of 96 and one in the summer of 97, i know i have always been going to school, or working during the episodes, so maybe mine are stress related.
