Hi, I'm new to the site. I have suffered from clusters since 1991 (8-10 on the kip scale).
I am interested to know if your book makes any mention of connections to common migraines and/or Raynaud's syndrome. I have all three and wonder if they might be connected. I recently discovered a link to a bacteria thought to be connected to c. migraines and raynaud's. Treatment is a targeted antibiotic. Wondered if clusters might be similarly caused.
If it isn't too much trouble to check the index and let me know I'd greatly appreciate it. Perhaps then I'll try to track down the book.
