I've been over here (asia) for over 16 years and have yet to meet anyone who I feel suffers from CH (the way we do). In the USA we might, on ocassion, meet a sufferer or more likely meet someone who knows a sufferer. On this end I have never met anyone who described the real thing.
CH in Mandarin is termed *Pian Tou Tong* which actually translates as "side headache". If I mention to chinese people that I suffer from pian tou tong, I usually get a reply of,...."oh yeah I get that sometimes.......did you try aspirin" (HA!)
I have seen countless doctors on Korea, Taiwan, China, Indo, Viet, etc and not one really had a clue.
I do believe that it is more common in anglo's than asians but can only base this upon my limited observations.
