Thought this might be of interest to you. In June-July last year on one of the early morning news slots on BBC1 there was Dr from the Institute of Neurology on talking about cluster headaches. I got in touch with the beeb and they put me in touch with a researcher, a Dr Matharu doing research on the subject. I have a standing invite down to London to take part in studies on the subject. By all accounts they are desparate to find others.
