Could be you're talking about Terrell Davis. I seem to recall that in Superbowl 33, I think, they did a piece on Terrell forgetting his medication before the game, and suffered from what they reported as migraines.
Course we all know that could mean clusters...and I'm pretty sure I saw another game where Terrell was on the sideline receiving oxygen for a "migraine". I bet he's who you're thinking of, but you'd think he'd correct them if he did get CH. Hmmm, have to look into that...
