Hi Gollum,
Great to see all this response to hopefully finding some commonality here. My husband is the sufferer in our family and I don't think any dental work has caused his problem BUT he has broken both shoulders in separate car accidents as a teen. Was in a body cast both times and CH apparently started in his early 20's. He is 41 now, just had an 18 month break but hit a 9 week cycle beginning of October. Finished now. He is usually episodic spring and fall. Perhaps shoulder injuries cause something to become misaligned and cause further problems? He also broke one vertabrae in 1991 after having a steel beam fall directly on top of his head but, surprisingly, we noticed no change in the pattern of CH for him. They didn't increase, or decrease. Major wound on his head at the time but no concussion - he was very lucky.
Keep up with the water treatment if you can. It ended hubby's cycle about three weeks early. Next time, we will start earlier to prove out the theory. He didn't start until his 9th week and the cycle drastically diminished within two days.
Good luck to you and pain free days and nights ahead.
Margi
