hi nick and all other clusterheads ;-)

if u search in the archive for triggers, u and all the other's can read about hours. the fact is, that the attacks will be triggered by many different ingredients - but often at random. some of us can drink beer - not I - (I have to drink gin-tonic) others drink one glass of beer and it happens. u can find all yr. triggers - and take care of them. but u can also try it ignore them. sometims you'll have success - and somtimes you lose. I can watch tv 10 days without any problem - and then at the eleventh day after 5 minutes a ch is starting. but if u know yr. triggers - try to live without them and it's much more better with the attacks. (especially if you are chronic)

nice greetings from Austria/Europe

bernd
