My CH started when I was 18 or 19, started with short (1/2 hour or so) less intense headaches than they are now. I tried for years to figure out any correlation to anything, but have never come up with anything, no injuries or anything. I do have TMJ, but someone else posted that they were told there was no connection. I actually diagnosed myself with cluster; a previous doc diagnosed it as migraine, but I knew better.
