I'm pretty sure you needn't worry.

Not only have mine returned at a time when I have never been more relaxed in my life, attacks seem to come more often when I am totally chilled. Recently I have not had them on days when I have been stressed that I might, e.g. flying and onward travel to my clinic. The few days before I had one at that time each day.

On the other hand I have seen people write that they think stress is a trigger for them.

It may be that the unpredictability of the condition leads us to seek associations which seem to give more order to it.

Becoming more stressed because you think stress will cause them probably won't make you get them more often. But it will make your overall life more difficult. I try to forget all that - they come when they come, I'm afraid.
