How far back have you read? Have you read the posts on water treatment? Try looking in October's posts too. Yes I get thirsty but I can't say if it's from ch or seasonal or medication. Prevention? well alcohol and nicotine are certainly big on the instigator list and since you don't do either of those(good on you!) Have you considered messing with diet ie salt, chocolate etc??
