over the years, my cluster side ear canal has contracted, and hearing on that side is deteriorating to a small but noticeable amount;
also, when IN cluster - like now - inner & midear on that side feels swollen and hearing is very reduced; that imporves when cluster stops, leaving the small cumulative effect mentioned above
not a big problem tho - it's detectable, not serious - just adding the info for "the record"
