One time I told my dentist about the CH I had. He tested me for TMJ by pressing his fingers somewhere inside my mouth - sorry I can't remember exactly how, it was so long ago. He said if I felt pain at that pressing I might have TMJ. I didn't. But if you have a good dentist he might be able to help you.
