Actually I am repsonding because the shoulder
injury caught my interest. I had an accident and
subsequent operation on my left shoulder(same side
as my CH,anyone else) in 1987. My CH's started in
90 or91, so I wonder. Basically I have equated the
CH to eating Balogna, Salami, pepperoni etc. Any-
thing processed. As opposed to cured (ham or bacon
doesn't bother me). Has anyone tried dropping
these types of foods from their diets? I was CH
free for 2 years+ when in Nov I ate 1\2 a
pepperoni and now am in the middle of my cluster.
