That sounds like what I have read as the description of trigeminal neuralgia. Do you have that in addition to CH?
My old book said anything can set it off - even a slight air current. Would it help to wrap something around your head?
This rivals CH as the most painful thing known to man (or woman). I don't know whether there is any medication for it or not.
