I hate organizations. In fact, I think I may even hate you.
I didn’t join the safety patrol in 6th grade. I don’t belong to the the Elks. I have no interest in the Daughters of the American Revolution. I hate boy scout leaders. I don’t even like the Little League. I hate the politics in the PTA. Organizations are the last refuge of scoundrels and misanthropes.
But I joined O.U.C.H. because I have had this rare and bizarre condition called cluster headaches for the last 30 years or so. I couldn’t help myself.
