and even get his/her identification with assurance that they would take me directly home, it's terrible being alone like you are, isn't there anyone you can think of to give you a ride that you trust to put you in bed and lock your door? Our clinic recently started a home bound nursing care, you could call your hospital and see if they have any service for shut ins, wish I could help. I never had the vomitting, but understand it's very much apart of the CH.
