Have an idea for you. Have you tried checking out the "Where We Live" section of this site? Maybe there is a fellow clusterhead living near you who would be willing to help you if you e-mailed them. Can't hurt to give it a try.
Are there any neighbors around you who might help? I'm sure if they knew that you were in such pain they would be willing to take you to get some relief.
