Hi folks. I was gone from you all for a few weeks, but I am unfortunately back. The Ha's have started again. I too have a rather large knot between my shoulder blade and spine and one in my kneck. They become larger during an attack and ar one of the first signs of one coming. I have always attributed then to the stress caused by the headaches. Fascinating all the people who have similar knots and discomfort.
