I'm 40, had em since about 21. I've gone as long as 18 months headache free, just when I start to think I'm home free, shazam. The only thing that works for me is never looking at the big picture. Stay away from, that aint fair, no you moron it's not a stress headache!!!!!!, and just crawl thru em!!!! God knows I feel for you!!!!
