Hi Cassandra,
Definitely my husband's pattern follows the season change - spring and fall, with the cycle almost always ending as we enter into a "definite" season, i.e. winter or summer. Must be cooties floating around in the air during the changing seasons! To boot, we in Southern Alberta, Canada are "blessed" with Chinooks. These are warming winds that blow in over the mountains and will raise our temp sometimes 20° in a 6 - 8 hour period. This creates havoc for CHers in the area as well as some people who are sensitive to the sudden change in the barometric pressure (i.e. me). We call them Chinook headaches and nothing takes away the pain other than the air pressure evening out after a couple of days of the Chinook. That first day is a killer, however nothing like what our CHers suffer.
All that said, just what the heck can we do about the weather, though? Anyone got a direct line to The Big Guy up there - "Hey, Buddy, how about giving us a break, huh?" I think not.
Anyways, just wanted to let you know that your mum is not the only one who has noticed this.
I hope she gets some pain free days and knows how lucky she is to have a daughter like you who keeps hanging in there.
Cheers
Margi
