Thanks so much for writing about your experience.
I especially loved your line about not sacrificing
your body for science. I used 1/2 cup of wine
in a spaghetti recipe and had a headache that lasted
for 2 days. I don't know that it was caused by
the wine, but it's an educated guess. I wouldn't
dream of drinking any alcohol during an episode.
It is great to know that there are others out
there dealing with the cluster monster.
