I've been getting ch about every other day. I read on a message that taking an anti histamine helps stop the pain. I took a claritin 12 hour pill last night then again this morning and managed not to have a headache today! Maybe it relly helps, I'll let you know if I don't have one tomarrow. In regards to the comments about lumps and neck injuries, I haven't had neck or shoulder problems, but I do have a fairly large lump behind my left ear.(my ch occur on the left side) However my Dr. said that it was a swollen lymphnode?
