I'm not sure I understand about the excessive Email. Is it coming from people on this board, or is simply as a result of posting your address here, and coming from "outside parties," so to speak?
As far as lacking wit is concerned -- puleeese! Yes, there are a few really sharp, bright folks here who are truly funny, but much else of what passes for wit and humor is just sophomoric, predominantly scatological, banter (in my opinion), so please, please don't let THAT stop you from posting.
In fact, your messages have meant a lot to me. Without you, the board would be diminished, and who needs that? So keep 'em coming.
