I came to find help with my CH.
I have gained enough to actually admit that taking advantage of the wisdom here has lessened the length and severity of my CHs.
But it's the new people that post for the first time that keep me lurking the most...the ones that are hearing about 02,etc for the first time.
I feel obliged to give back.
It's obvious to everyone sitting in front of their screens...who is here to hear themselves talk. It's obvious there are a lot of lonely people out there who have nothing but this site.
For me...there's a time to get and a time to give and most certainly a time to scroll past,and like Elaine said, a time to delete.
I do want to thank that large group of non-posters lurking out there who have helped me a lot. Please don't sit and shake your head...especially when the newbies need you. You say it so much better than I.
