Not going into detail, but a doctor on call, not my son's regular doctor, when he was in the hospital, was extremely abusive toward my son, even to the point where he was sitting on him trying to jam a gastro tube down his nose, he also terrorized the little kid telling him that that he going to have his guts cut out (Crohn's) and wear a bag the rest of his life, this guy was unreal. So I filled out the forms with a three page letter and filed it with both the clinic and the hospital, the only thing I can say is that they take care of their own, a salaried person is not responsible for the liability of his actions, the hospital is, the only good that came out of letters, and complaints, is that from that day forward, my son received excellent care, well, I guess in this respect, the complaint was worth while, but one would think that these things should not happen in the first place. This doctor also had alcohol on his breathe.
