I have both migrianes and clusters. My migrians are like you said annoying. The clusters are a living hell. I am chronic so I am not sure about if it happens to people at the end of a cycle or not.I can tell you this I had a migriane for two days over the week end and have only had shadows the last few days no CH. I will keep my fingers crossed that it is a sign you are at the end of your cycle. Hope someone has a answer for ya. Good luck
