every detail has to be carefully analyzed and tested, perfect weight and balance with precise power control with margins for safety also considered,least your doctor is in the art stage as opposed to the wild ass guess stage, maybe someday, this will be a science, I feel the premise of a chemical imbalance is correct, and also feel that the triggers are part of the imbalance which themselves represent a major variable, so the counter should likewise be a proportional equalizing variable and perhaps the elements of our body that control these factors are out of wack, then there is the counter theory that our bodies are over reacting to the imbalance, this is more in the field of biochemistry, doctors are only technicians and not engineers, so don't expect to much from them, sometimes you have to go by feel and know your own body to determine what is good or bad for it, I would call this a refined art approach.
