Please stick around. This place has given me more info than any book, or doctor (apart from dr Miller)
could ever offer me. Look on the tool bars to the left, lots of info there. I thought I was suffering alergy HA's for a couple of years.
"Triggers" are very personal. You will learn the hard way I'm afraid what your triggers are. Saying that though there are a few we all share, alchohol being one of them.
If you start to see a pattern, then stay away.
