If you go into the Archives and read Q's posts and if you visit Q's web-site, I believe that you'll find Q's "x-factor". I believe the "x-factor" that Q is writing about is his mental condition.
Like you and Dr. Goadsby, Dr. Kudrow and many other scientists and researchers that have studied Cluster Headaches and researched many, many Cluster Headache patients for many, many years; I also believe that CH is of a purely biological and physical nature.
