Actually, Bob, I think you should go interview these doctors before making up your mind. My poor sister got shuffled around this way due to insurance change. She tried this man and that one. They were so bad she told each one off and tried another one until she found one that would understand her condition (not CH, a back injury).
I refuse to let the insurance people dictate my doctor completely.
Also, couldn't your current doctor recommend someone and give him your records and advise him about your condition so you don't have to break in a new one totally?
Isn't it bad enough to be sick without all the agony of doctor changing? All the world seems to be geared to the insurance companies making money. Patients have very few rights today. Someone will pay for this someday - and I hope it won't be the patients.
