I have very good friend who suffers from CH. His story is very similar to Tim's. As long as I have known him (about 10 yrs) he has gone through many treatments and nothing seems to work.
Currently he is on prednisone and imitrex injections. He is probably up to anywhere from 4 to 7 shots a day. I am very worried about him. I read Tim's letter regarding the Ritalin study which you did. We are interested in finding out more and if there are any neurologists in our area that you may know of who are using this as treatment.
Paul is again on the search for a new neurologist. His current one told him the CH were caused by cigarette smoking and hair gel.
I suffer from migraine headaches and can only imagine what anyone suffering from CH goes through. Any information would be greatly appreciated. Hope to hear from you soon.
