I've had clusters for almost 12 years now, and the only thing I find that works on the pain is some oxygen at the first sign of pain, and Imitrex 20mg nasal spray. I've tried the tablets - they were useless, they would take on average 30 to 45 minutes to kick in, and as we all know, the CH has usually ceased or entered its last stages by then anyway. Besides, who wants to suffer through one of those thing for 45 minutes anyway?
