The longest I have had one was 7 hours. I was totaly drained for a day after that one. I think that 18 hours would be within the realm of possiility but I also think they would be rare. I have noticed that as I have aged with CH, they have gotten longer in duration. In the early years I would get a Kip 10 for 20 min. and then they were gone. Now they last for two to three hours but the Kip rateing is down around 7-8.
