Each of us shares experiences, I shared mine, I am fed up with Todd twisting my words and have to constantly justify. Regarding the 18 hour cluster, as I have previously stated, this was the result on two different occasions of an Imitrex injection, this is not a migraine but a reaction to the medication itself, and yes, it was hell on earth. Regarding the solid four day cluster, again it was due to weather conditions, a four day fog, major dumping of sewage waste on the border of my property, and also being on a combination of drugs that did me more damage than good. Was just offering a suggestion for those that have extended cycles, it may be just possible that the drugs they are taking are augmenting their headache cycles, and as with any treatment for CH's, each individual is different, what I said is not engraved in stone, each of us has his/her own triggers. Regarding doctors, I have 3 doctors in my family with a possible 4th, my brother quit a clinic because he was force to see 20-30 patients a day, never enough time to learn or treat a patient properly, plus seeing the patient, he has to dicate very accurate details that would typed into the medical records with future potential for liability, a mad house dicated by some HMO practices, I owe my son's life to a Viet Namise woman doctor that by her competence, saved his life, my neighbor, a published author and brilliant heart surgeon recenting died from AIDS he contacted from a patient, the suffering that man went through makes CH's appear incidental.
Also try printing out stuff off the internet and see what kind of reaction you get when you show it to some doctors.
Anyway, good riddance, I am out of here.
