Regarding your question about CH pain being sifted into other headache pain as well, I certainly agree with you. Because the anxiety of the pain, and the horrific level of pain we experience when we have these, I think it's very possible that once a CH clears, then we have tension headaches, or migraines (I know, a dirty word in CH.com) following the CH episode because we are constantly wondering when the next one will be, how long it will last, and most importantly, how much pain will we have to endure--or CAN endure--before we simply lapse into insanity. CH is only part of the headache pain. And in my opinion, of all the headaches I get, sinus, tension, and yes, that dirty word, migraines, CH are by far the worst. But that doesn't mean that the other headaches that fill in the gaps when CHs stop don't leave you uncomfortable as well. Then it seems there's no reprieve at all. I just wanted to validate your thoughts. :) Have a wonderful week.
