Well, it looks like we're back to the "You don't have CH because..." crap again. Many of our board posters have reported long attacks only to be met with derision and even being told to look for help somewhere else. While I've never experienced an 18 hour CH, I have gone for days when it was almost continuous and on both sides tho not at the same time. The left would be cranking down while the right would be stoking up; chronic days... so glad they are over and my sympathy to my fellow clusterheads that are chronic. But could an 18 hour, 6 hour, or whatever continuous CH be possible. Well damned if I know, the only training I've had dealing withe the beast is stricktly hands on and, for the most part clusterheadaches.com, but after dealing with the beast for over 52 years, I do know this. It is definetely a very strange motherfucker and can affect each of us so very differently.

Bottom line is; if the beast is burning a hole in your head to the point that life is looking like "not an option" then it's gotta be either a brain tumor (and haven't we all ruled that one out" or it is CH. I guess my real point is that I'd rather have many CH imposters on the board than chase away one true clusterhead that can contribute valuable information.

Kip
