And after, and in the middle...LOL. Well, yes, Jayne, I find that just before the clusters hit me at night I'm very irritable, and, well until you mentioned it in your post, I never put the two together. Thanks for bringing it up.
And don't worry about "whining". What is that anyway? We CH sufferers endure more pain in an episode than most people experience in their entire life, we're allowed as long as, like Elaine says, we don't stay there. Besides, this is supposed to be a place of support. Whine away! We all know that there aren't many places CHeads can go where people will understand. If we're shut down here, in our very own safe place, then I think we're missing DJ's purpose for setting up the board in the first place. Keep your chin up. And as far as the anger goes, practice punching pillows and crying. It really helps. Trust me. Sometimes the only validation you'll get in these cursed things is the validation you give yourself.
