Does anyone knows about a new drug / medicine / treatment which helps to determine the cluster attack a.s.a.p.?

I have the cluster for more than 15 years. Obviously I’m not checking a doctor every year. Does anyone knows about a new drug / medicine / treatment which helps to determine the attack a.s.a.p.
So far I use oxygen which helps within an hour or so.
