Definitely a connection although my neuro

I've suffered from allergies and sinus & ear
infections w/ nasal polyps my whole life,
as well as from
headaches, and cluster attacks for past
two yrs.
Whether sinus problems are the CAUSE I don't
know but they certainly exacerbate the
problem.
I also suspect my overuse of sinus medications-
like sudafed, a constrictor, has lowered the
threshold for clusters to occur. (Like caffeine
withdrawl causing headaches)
Funny thing, however, about two yrs ago I stopped
suffering from sinus infections, just about the
time the severe clusters started. It's as though
the congestion blocked other things from happening.
But when I don't have any sinus trouble, I do
get a runny nose and swelling DURING an attack.
So the condition causing cluster may be
CAUSING sinus problems.
I only wish the M.D. specialist for ENT and neuro
would work together!!!
