As soon as I feel that kinda upset stomach oh no here it comes feeling, I pop two cafergot orally and start up the 02. I use a modified demand regulator so instead of setting a litre flow rate, I draw pure 02 from the tank. From what my doctor says, and my own experiences, the 02 holds off the ch until the cafergot can stop it. If I only breathe 02, no matter how long, when I stop the 02, the ch hits me like a hammer. If I only take cafergot, the ch will build to about a 4 to 7 on the kip scale, then I can feel the cafergot kick in, but it doesn't stop the ch it just holds it at whatever point it was at! Hope this helps you, I also take 1200 mg lithium when I'm on cycle...(I'm episodic 2x a year)...and this decreases them by 80 to 90%. Wishing you uninterrupted sleep and pain free days.
