This keeps coming up, the connection between sinus and CHs, so I suspect there's something there. I used to think that's all I had, just a bad sinus. My MD at the time was convinced the cause (of the sinus problems, not the CHs, which he didn't understand at all) was a restricted nasal passage on that side. He mumbled about getting some one to do something about it surgically, and I did later let a nose man enlarge the opening into the sinus cavity on that side. That was under a different theory, which I'm now sure was also wrong. Helped for about a year, which not surprisingly, is about the time between my episodes anyway. Thousand bucks down the drain. But in the end I'm convinced that CHs are just CHs - sinuses, bad teeth, etc. aside - and that any help you get is going to come from a neuro who understand headaches.
