Don't knock all the UK doctors - we do have some of the
best, and reading the board our US friends have a far
worse time trying to find someone who cares (and who they can afford!).
I'm very puzzled at the attitude of your GP and "specialist"
(doesn't sound very special - I was always told CPH is
the easiest headache variety to diagnose).
My understanding is that is almost always responds to Indomethacin
(referred to below by US trade name).
What drugs have you been prescribed and where exactly are you? My experience,
and most of the others from the UK, is far, far better than what you seem
to have had. It sounds to me as if you need a little help, and
you've come to the right place.
