I'm afraid I may be "going chronic." Like you, I've
been episodic for 35 years. This year, my typical
1 month cycle stopped, then headaches started
coming back again, though in greatly diminished
form. I'd appreciate any info on how you cope,
what meds you take, etc. I've been having some
terrible anxiety over this. At least if I knew
there was a reasonable way to handle the pain, I'd
be better able to deal with it. How long have
you been chronic?
