While the beast is doing his thing (why do we refer to the beast as a man? It could be a really piss off wonan also.) I press the heal of my palm on the afected side, shuting off the blood to my head. (the vein that runs from behind the jaw joint to the ouchie area.) This gives me some releaf by doing this but i cant seem to release it to let some blood get threw. It I do my head truly will explode.Am I hurting my self by putting this constant pressure on the vein?
Also, that nasty lump on the back of the neck. Has anyone else found that if they leave it alone and not massage it the the pain leval goes down and the headaches do not last as long? If i mess with that it puts me threw extra tourcher.
