Hi All,
Found the site a week ago. Just wanted to tell a brief history and some help if it is of help and all ideas are greatly appreciated.
Had these 19 years. Skipped some years and had CH always at the beginning of winter or at the end. No other times.Cycle lasts 1 week to longest bout of 3 months.
Use Imitrex shots with great success but doc. allows 12 boxes over 3 months. ( Darn Insurance Company).
When the shots are out if frinds are not ava. I found a last ditch Idea that has been effective but not pretty. Here it is and please remember I,m new and just trying to help with this suggestion. If any one can give input as to why this works I'd like to know.
I go in the basement take off my shirt,wet the cement and lay chest and face to the cold damp cement. I told you its not a pretty Idea but in 3 to 6 min. the pain is softend up and my girl is waiting with a blanket to warm me up from the cold.
If this makes sense or why it is effective please explain why it works. The CH has to be a 8 plus to do this ,but it works. Hey hope this is of help to someone out there
