I hope you doing some better today, Post so we can follow you! I look for your name to read your post and comments every time I sign on the board.
With the onslaught of Spring and everything blooming and beginning the new rebirth cycle, it pains me to think you might not be able to appreciate the wonderous events taking place around you because of the CH problem.
I know you and I share the Ice Bag approach at controling the pain, maybe you might consider another more drastic approach---Move to South Florida and go sailing with your new friend!
