I've made bags out of old material and put rice (uncooked)in them, if you don't over fill they will fit to anyplace. You can make any size or shape you want. You can reuse for years. I keep mine frozen and get one out when needed. Or you could use a clean sock and fill it with rice. You could also use it to bang your head.
You can heat them in the mico too.
During an attack sometimes I'll have a cold one on a place and a warm one in another place.
I'd say this is pretty cheap and you can make up as many as you want.
