rather there is some unknown thing wrong with us that give us a CH with certain triggers, be nice if we could learn what is wrong with us and just treat that area rather than take meds that put our entire brains and body out of whack, but I guess until this day comes, our only choice is to avoid triggers, heat can be a trigger.
