This drug only came on the market in March 1998.
Amerge is the brand name. It's actually naratriptan--
in the same family as Imitrex. However, unlike
Imitrex, it does not cause rebound and is very
long lasting (up to 24 hours). Side effects
do not commonly occur, and include dizziness and
nausea.
I'm very curious to know if anyone on this board
has tried it.
